Question Connect in SSH

Hello, I am trying to connect in SSH with Putty or MobaXterm but not possible, should I put admin or root? I have attached with MobaXtrem the SSH ppk file but it blocks. What can I do? Thank you!!

You have to login as root with ssh connection. What kind of error message do you have? Any firewall?

I have login/password not good (sorry i am french), yes in
plesk there si a firewall : modsecurity

This is probably a question that needs to be directed to your provider. They will be able to give advice on how to login as root to your machine by SSH.

They tell me that the login is root and password : ssh but it dosen't work
