Convert Problem

Hi There,

I'm trying to migrate from 9.2.1 to 9.5.3 , so i convert the backup:

C:\Users\Administrator>"%plesk_bin%\pre9-backup-convert.exe" --source=C:\name.xml.zip --destination=C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Backup\
FATAL ERROR: Unexpected EOF
Please check your backup file or try to use --force option

Can you give same help?

pre9-backup-convert is utility for converting backups which were created on old Plesk 8.x versions to 9.x format. You shouldn't convert backup from 9.2.1 version.

Hi there,

When i upload the file, i have the following error:

Error: The file you are trying to upload is not a Plesk backup file, or it is a backup file from older version of Plesk. In the latter case you have to use the backup converter utility to convert this backup file into backup format supported by current version of Plesk.
