create directory to mdb data base

as I make to create a directory default for all the sites where my users can place its archive of data base access .mdb

Plesk does not have this feature, but you can make it via IIS

And after first time you run Plesk reconfigurator, this will disappear. The best way to create hardlink on each domain to some folder, and set permissions
