Creating content boxes within SiteBuilder?

On my present site host, webs.com, the site builder allows me to create content boxes, in which I can insert text, graphics, etc. (See www.heavenshealinggift.webs.com for an example.) I am using the SiteBuilder now provided by Host Gator as of November 28, 2009, but I do not see such a function. Is there a way to create content boxes or something comparable in the SiteBuilder or am I just out of luck?
