Creating MultiLevel Pages in/with Sitebuilder???

Does anyone know if its possible to create more than 1 layer deep web pages with Sitebuilder?
I was going to start manually doing it, but I'm not sure if Sitebuilder will destroy the pages every time I publish.

As I know current design templates are unable to render the navigation deeper than two
levels but there are some plans to resolve this situation in future Sitebuilder versions. Unfortuantely, can not say anything exacly concerning the exact version where this situation going to be resolved.
