Resolved Cron mail not sent with output

Hello
I have a mail problem with cron tasks.
In tasks I checked to send an email always.
Well, I have cron tasks that produce output but cron does not send the email.
I con not see any error in maillog nor cron logs.
And I don't know if it's related with, but when I get my profile I see an advice telling that cannot retrieve my subscription. <So I can not retrieve my key
Any idea?

Regarding the dysfunctional email: Did you check /var/log/maillog why the email cannot be sent?

Regarding the dysfunctional license update: Did you make sure that all ports are accessible on your Plesk server an in the data center's firewall in front of your server that are required for Plesk to work properly? It looks like there was a Firewall error, technical team fixed the problem, but I don't know how the did.
