• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Custom Button Properties

This question concerns adding URL to Custom Button.
When I select "Location: Navigation Pane" and am given "URL:" field, I try to enter something like this:
http://stats.domain.com/Login.aspx?txtSiteID=<dom_name>&txtUser=<dom_name>
but Plesk, when clicked on this link, doesn't recognize <dom_name> (it should be domain.com instead of <dom_name>). I guess it has to do with transforming < to < when adding Custom Button properties to database.
Is there any other way to get client's Plesk login so I can include it in this link, and therefore clients don't have to enter their details manually.

I hope my question is understandable :)

I'm having a similar problem with a custom button.

We have a custom button that is suppose to launch a personalized page, something like /domains/something.php, but it just showed up blank. This used to work on our servers since Plesk 7.0.0 up to 7.5.6+

Is there anything that I'm missing?
