Customer Welcome Email

Hi

How can I get access to configure and resend the welcome email that goes out to new customers/domains?

Thanks - unfortunately I cant get in at the moment its saying... "Error: Unable to log you on. Another user with the same username is already logged in to Plesk." - I guess that will be me - I'm ****ed - never had this before but more used to helm

When I try and reset my password it now comes back with Error: Invalid secret code! - ironic as it sent me the secret code (prefilled it) - omg
