Hello Everybody,

To fix this issue you should

1. download updated modules plesksrvclient and php_plesk_util.dll from ftp://pleskwin.download.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/8.2.0/121385
2. stop PleskControlPanel
3. copy plesksrvclient to <plesk>\admin\bin and php_plesk_util.dll to <plesk>\admin\modules
4. run plesksrvclient without parameters. Dialog box will appear.
5. type old password and clear option "Change Admin Password in Plesk SQL Server".
6. click OK
7. start PleskControlPanel
