Default dot.qmail file.

Hello.
When we add mailbox account, plesk create .qmail file in mail-user directory.
Default file have:

| /usr/local/psa/bin/psa-spamc accept
| true
./Maildir/

How to modify this file before account creation?
I want to add something - for all exists users it's no problem,
but will be nice if this be default registry for new mail-users.
