Is there a way to configure the server for default personal settings for SA? Basically right now when you enable SA, each mailbox you create gets an automatic settings of 7 and mark as SPAM.

I'm hoping to change that so I can set the value different and to delete. Anyone know a way? Am I just missing something obvious?
