If a customer add site in his plesk, he will enter into " file manger" and click change the permission, but now it is unchangeable, so he ask the server administrator to grant "pp(mp974\pp)" full control, the pp is his username of plesk, mp974 is the machine name of server.Then the customer click " permission" is changeable。 Unfortunately, if a customer
