If you want a useful answer, it might be a good idea to give some more information. Who is trying to send mail (Plesk, a webform???) and what error message do you get? You ask other people to 'solve this problem', but then you must first describe the problem. Right now it is like you are walking into a pc shop and say to the employee 'My computer is not working, how should I solve it?'. Please be more specific.

It looks like the IP of your server is blacklisted on the Yahoo side. I'd suggest you read this KB article and submit a request to Yahoo to unban your server: An IP address of a Plesk mail server got blacklisted. How to troubleshoot?
