Issue DOCROOT duplicate home

Hello, i have attached a new hard disk into plesk and i moved our websites to he but does not show anymore the websites, only new websites and the path have a duplicate name

How to fix that?

Please anyone can help-me?
I have changed with
perl transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /home2/var/www/vhosts --correct-scripts
But does not work correct, still /home2/home2/var/www/vhosts

What version of Plesk are you running also is it a dedicated server or a virtuozzo VM where you upgraded the hard disk.
