• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Domain Backup to FTP repository problems

Hi,

A while ago I tried to setup the automatic backup of our domain to the FTP repository. That didn't work at that time, and I disabled it. Things didn't seem to be working properly with the backups from that time on, and about two weeks ago I couldn't log into our server, so I restarted the psa, and things were fine then... until I started receiving mails from our domains which say that an error has occured during scheduled backup:

Following error is occured during scheduled backup process:

Can't upload the backup to FTP repository

I tried everything, disabling it, backing up to local repository, setting up the ftp-account properties again, even restarting the server completely, but I keep receiving these mails.

Is there any way I can reset/clear the whole backup-routine?
