  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

Since recently, Plesk says 'domain is not resolvable':
1672325341168.png
The website does load, but when looking records in mxtoolbox, I get this:
1672325387620.png

These are my DNS settings:

1672325300218.png

On the registrar level, I have the nameservers set to ns1.know.gg and ns2.know.gg - these are linked to the server's ip 116.202.208.36
Ideally, I want to use these 2 nameservers on all websites on my server.

What's missing here?

You had set the new IP for the domain at your domain hoster's control panel?

Currently your domain resolves for me to 116.202.208.36 at Telekom Germany (my ISP) domain servers.

Yes, that's the correct IP.
It's from Hetzner, a German hosting company.

1. Set in Plesk a hostname for your main domain, f.ex. srv1.keyboardcontrol.com
2. Open Hetzner Robots page Log In - Hetzner Online
3. Login with you customer number
4. Go to Log In - Hetzner Online
5. Select your server
6. Click on tab IPs
7. Below "Reverse DNS" click in field and enter hostname from point 1.

After some minutes the Hetzner DNS shoud send the correct IP and reverseDNS data into internet.
