domain is not suspend when bandwidth overuse limit on plesk 9.3

Hi support,

I using plesk 9.3, Domain is not suspend although that domain overuse limit bandwidth. although I have config choose Overuse is not allowed
(Overuse policy tells Parallels Plesk Panel what to do when resources are overused.) in entry Resource Usage on plesk 9.3. Please help me. Thanks
