Domain randomly suspended

Hi,

We have a customer that keeps getting suspended but there is no information as to why. I've checked their subscription they are within their quotas and they have an unlimited domain period.

The only odd thing is that there is a red question mark next to the domain. does anyone know what that means and where i can find information as to why a domain is suspended?

Do you make backups with domain suspension enabled? It was the problem in my case.
