TwitterI have an issue where I try to click on the mail tab logged in as a client and I get "Access Denied".
The subscription is active and in the psa the status under domains is 0, but 1 of the child domains under the subscription status is 2.
I tried updating the status to 0 on the child domain and then suspending the subscription and then unsuspending the subscription, but when trying to suspend the subscription I get "Internal Error". The worst error of all because it doesn't tell you anything.
I then tried unsuspending the domain that had the status of 2 through cli and I get:
"%plesk_cli%\domain.exe" --on domain.tld
An error occurred during turning domain on/off: The domain is suspended because the subscription is still suspended.
