Domain using default index.html

In the last two days, I've read dozens of posts and tried many solutions to this common problem: A domain is being redirected to the vosts/default directory. The current situtation:

--- Five domains share one IP address.
--- Four of them (A,B,C,D) work perfectly.
--- One of them (E) wrongly uses the vhosts/default/htdocs/index.html.
--- However, domain E's index.html displays correctly with "Preview Site".
--- Entering "E/index.html" directly in the browser doesn't work.
--- The IP addresses are perfect.
--- The DNS settings are perfect.
--- I've bounced Apache numerous times.
--- I've bounced the entire VPS.
--- I've set the IP's default domain to A, B, C, D, E, and none.
--- I've waited 24 hours for the dust to settle.
--- Nothing is fixing the problem.

I've created four domains without problems, so I'm not totally crazy. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
