downgrad from 12.5 to 12

i have bought plesk licence for plesk 12 but we have done mistake , we have installed plesk trial version 12.5
and installed all our websites there , so we have problem

licence with 12 and plesk with 12.5

and sure i cannot apply the licence

what should i do

As far as I remember there is shouldn't be the difference between Plesk license for 12.0 and 12.5 versions.

you know i applied it with cmd and it says that the key is successfully installed but when i open plesk it still with the trial version

when i try it from there it say key successfully uploaded but no change with the licence . i find it kind of weird ((
so what is it about ?
