I am also having this problem. I'm considering upgrading to a full version of Plesk Dr. Web AntiVirus to resolve it. Does anybody have any ideas?

That particular file is the only thing i've been able to find that controls the updates. If you try to run the DrWeb windows update program (I think its drwebupdw.exe or something like that), does it work?

Now, the standard version of DrWeb that comes with Plesk only works with the first 15 mailboxes it finds. Any more than that and you have to register it for $299 per year. Is it just not working or are the updates failing?
