I am wondering when the Dutch language pack for Plesk 8.4 will be released...

Dutch Language pack for Plesk 8.6 and 8.4

For all those people wanting a Dutch Language Pack!

Notice that the redirect on the parallels.com site is leading you to a LP for Plesk 8.4

However, it can be simpy installed in Plesk 8.6. Works like a charm

Just to inform you.
