I have just migrated a plesk server which is CentOS6/Plesk 11.5 to CentOS6/Plesk 12.5,
and new server itself is running great, running website and manage mails with roundcube.
However, as I wrote at title, problem happens when end users try to check email with Windows7/Outlook2010.
Users they can't see folders and emails with Imap, nor cannot download mails with POP3 setting.
Those problems didn't happen on our old server but happening on new server.
I found a KB https://kb.plesk.com/en/121363 however this is for Plesk 11.5 and Outlook 2013, which
does not meet to my clients' environment.
I found that problem happens if I use Outlook 2016 and the KB helps to resolve issue but as above,
my clients using older version of OUTLOOK.
Please share any idea if anybody had solved such problems.
