Email Redirection

Hi, hopefully someone can shed some light on a problem we're having. Email redirection for accounts created on domains in Plesk 8.3.0 simply do not work.

We have tested this using Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail and ISP accounts as the destination for the redirection and any email sent to the domain email address never get redirected to the destination addresses. No email is returned to the sender either indicating an issue.

Any one have a solution or could point us in the correct direction for a solution to this issue? Our hosts have not been any help.
