Question Enable 32-bit applications by Command Line ( Windows )?

Hi Dear

i always use CMD ( Command Line ) for Setup or change Customer and Subscription and Domain in Plesk

but i think Plesk Obsidian is poor in Command Line , i have several problem in CommandLine Obsidian , for Example :

i can not find command for ( Enable 32-bit applicationsVidMate ) in command line , it is in ( IIS Application Pool ) in Plesk Panel but not in Command Line

You can find command for ( Enable 32-bit applications ) by CMD ?
