Enabled FTP backup and problems arose

Turned on FTP backup for a couple of domains last nite, and they backed up properly. However, this morning I'm receiving the following error on both:

Unable to create PhDomain object: Params() constructor failed: params: unable to select: Can't open file: 'Parameters.MYD'. (errno: 145) 0: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:2 psaerror(string "Unable to create PhDomain object: Params() constructor failed: params: unable to select: Can't open file: 'Parameters.MYD'. (errno: 145)")

Additionally the webmail system is also borked with auth.php reporting errors from that application as well.

Any feedback? Any help?
