Encoding error

Hi, I have instaled SiteBuilder 3.2 in Portuguese. When a new page is created in step 3, is shown like Página (default title). But after edit the title of the page (e.g "Página" to "Página 2"), special caracters like "á" is shown like P?gina.

If you edit the title in the step 4 on the frame "Page title", the name will be correct, but this is a problem yet for my lay customers.

I need your help to solve this problem.
