erro msg from DrWeb .. updater failed

below is the msg I received from my server by mail..
what's wrong ? where should I look for some doc about this error ? Is't bad doc ?

I sometimes also see errors in the logs showing update failed.

It then may run for two weeks fine, then almost 5 days in a row of failed to obtain update for all sorts of varying reasons.

It would be good to know why, but its always at the dr web end.

Select the system user whose scheduled tasks you want to manage.

srweb selected Next

Send Crontab messages to e-mail address "changed the email address from drweb@..." to my email address
