Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my daily Dr.Web Updater cron job. Each day, I receive the following error message via email:
/etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:
ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: failed to download files !
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update exited with return code 105

Has anyone encountered this issue before or know how to resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi there, you can try to run to DrWeb update manually to see if that solves the issue by using the /opt/drweb/update.pl command.

There is no option to manually run dr.web the update from the GUI. However if you feel daunted using command line, you can try the build in SSH terminal (can be found on the Tool & Settings page). Which give you direct access to a build in command terminal.
