• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

i have allready de- and reinstalled "plesk premium antivirus" but there is no change.
dns is resolving drweb domains and a ping is running through. So this should not be a problem.
Thank you very much for your Help!

It may have something to do with Plesk Premium Antivirus where these are located elsewhere (which I don't know). Either another user steps in here who knows more or you'll find help at official Plesk support https://support.plesk.com.

It sometimes happens that it cannot download any files. Though, as I understood from @TimRear, it is a recurring issue.
it happened every single time.
I have just uninstallled drweb, cleaned up and reinstalled product. At the moment everythings looks finde again but i will keep an eye on it within the next days.

Anyway. Thank you very much guys!
