Error during Backup

Hi, i got the following error during automatic Backup:

Unable to rotate dump: The dump rotation is failed with code '1' at /opt/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 1041.

If i start the backup manually it works without an error.

code '1' means following:

# perror 1
OS error code 1: Operation not permitted

There can be different reasons of this error:

- remote FTP server is un-reliable or fails during backup upload or rotation
- If directory on remote FTP server has spaces in its name, then backup rotation will fail

A manual backup is no problem (12 GB Upload)
A automatic backup fails ?

The directory is the / directory on my backup server and the server is in the same rack / on the same switch..

Try to disable passive mode option from "Personal FTP Repository Settings"
