ERROR: Exception (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psapipe

Hi ,
I am trying to connecto my plesk in localhost and is always saying this error

ERROR: Exception
The system cannot find the file specified. (Error code 2) at Unable to connect to pipe \\.\pipe\psapipe

my Mysql databases are connected well and plesk control panel services is also not getting started .

Please reply with what should i do to make plesk works
