Hello, @spip . My guess is that you are trying to access the Repair Kit extension with a reseller user rather than an admin user. The Repair Kit extension is available only for administrators at this point.

Hello. I'm currently using root user and administrator password and unfortunately the warning is the same

I suspect you're running in "Restricted Mode", which can restrict administrators to certain features and options.

Navigate to Tools & Settings > Restricted Mode Settings (I am not sure what it's actuality called in French) and disable the Restricted Mode or enable "Repair Kit" for the Restricted Mode.

Can you make sure you don't have restricted mode enabled? You can SSH to your server and issue the following to make sure it's off:

Bash:
plesk bin poweruser --off -simple false -lock false

*edit* funny how kaspar was thinking the same thing

I did not have access to restricted mode, and the command plesk bin poweruser --off -simple false -lock false successfully displayed the access in the settings. I was able to check the access to the repair kit. Thank you very much for your help.

I can now access the repair kit page via the catalog of installed extensions. The initial requirement was to update the MariaDB version, and to do this, Plesk asks me to open the repair kit in a new tab (server url:8443/repair), which requires me to log in. Unfortunately, the connection is denied (the pop-up returns to its initial state).
