Error Site Preview

I am care that error message when I try to visualize a site inside of the panel plesk, in the button Site Preview

HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access i denied due to invalid credentials.

Hello, I already tried, but I am having that mistake in all of the sites and resales of my server, the mistake also appears, when I try to access the webmail for the road, http://webmail.mysite.net and when I try to access for the ip htttp://70.xx.34xx / it helps me please,

1. cd %plesk_bin%
2. websrvmng --reconfigure-all

This should fix the issues

if I put 1 (S) https work! Example: https://70.xx.14.xx/$sitepreview/mysite.net/
but...
if I put without the (S) http doesn't work! example: http://70.xx.14.xx/$sitepreview/mysite.net/

The most probable reason is that passwords for IIS IUSR_hostname on Default Web Site and system user IUSR_hostname are not match.

hostname is the name of your server.

You can try to synchronize them manually.

I am also getting this error when I try and preview any sites on my server. The sites are working okay, but when I try and preview form the Plesk interface I get a logon dialog.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I have found that the permissions on the Program Files\SWSoft\Plesk\additional folder is wrong. Try allowing access for IUSR for the domain.

I already verified, the permission this correct one, I believe to be some wrong configuration in IIS
