Error: The component AWStats was not installed

JasonJMC

New Pleskian
When I try to create a subdomain via Plesk this is the only error message that I can see.

It's odd as I've made 8 subdomains already. We don't have a limit on subdomains that I'm aware of.

I'm still fairly new to Plesk so any assistance would be appreciated. The panel.log says the same message.

Make sure that you have Awstats installed on your server. Check it with something like:

# rpm -qa|grep awstats

You should see two packages with names like:

awstats-xxxxxxxxxxx
psa-awstats-configurator-xxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks, IgorG, but I get these as a result:

awstats-7.0-11122114.swsoft.noarch
psa-awstats-configurator-10.13.4-cos6.build1013111221.14.noarch

That looks like it matches correctly.

I also just realised I posted this in 9 instead of 10. The Linux part was right. Any chance of moving the thread?
