ERROR: Unable to run migrmng

Hello,

I am trying to migrate data from one server to other.

On the remote server i have installed and running pmm_agent_build080725.09.msi.
This is a Windows Plesk 8.1.1.
The S.O. is Windows 2003 Server

The server to where i want to migrate the data, is a Windows Plesk 8.6.
The S.O. is Windows Server 2008
On this server i have installed the pmm86_build080725.09

I followed the documentation and did this, on Plesk 8.6

Server -> Migration Manager -> "Authentication and Ip of windows server 2003" -> Selective migration ; Plesk 8.1.1

Then when i click next, it gives me this error.

Error: Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Network connection failed. Cannot connect to Plesk Migration Agent on the remote host

The firewall is off on both servers.
