Error while changing IP of server

We recently migrated a server using R1Soft CDP bare metal restore. Now, we are trying to change the IP address of the server using the Plesk reconfigurator tool so that the IP addresses of all the websites get changed automatically. However, we encounter the following error.

Unable to execute "C:\program file (x86)\parallels\plesk\admin\bin\mailmng.exe"
--remove-ports-from-ip --ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:

SOAP failed. No additional info

How to resolve the issue?

SOAP failed

Usually, this error related to improper Smartermail binding configuration in IIS. I'd suggest you check it.

We are using Smartermail webserver. The IP address is All Unassigned.
