Errors on Upgrade - Plesk 10.1.1 to Plesk 10.2

NeuroPsyche

Regular Pleskian
I just upgraded from 10.0.1 to 10.1.1 and it broke my system.
After a few weeks of repairs the system seemed stable except for email.
I noticed that there was an update to 10.2. The release notes mentioned many of
the issues that the server experienced from going from 10.0.1 to 10.1.1.
I was very hopeful that version 10.2 would fix any remaining issues.
I did a full backup prior to letting Plesk upgrade to 10.2
The install went fine.
I logged in and was amazed, everything worked. But, all of a sudden I started getting
emails from users/customers that their newly redone sites from SB 4.5 to SB 5.x were
all messed up. Templates missing. CSS seemed like it was wiped out on the SB 5.x sites.
I logged into SB 5.2 and checked a few sites out. Seems as if the templates are all gone.
The sites seem to have their data, except for scripts and custom html code.
The new modules were showing up which made me very excited... Now the phone
starts ringing. Customers are saying their sites are no longer there.
Luckly I did a full backup before upgrading to 10.2.
It seems as if 10.2 has a few issues and I'm hoping that someone may have some answers.
The problems seem to be mostly SB and IIS. Site CSS data and templates seem to be gone.

If anyone has any suggestions please post. Again, I'm rolling back to 10.1.1 because of the issues.

Thanks,
