eshop error- E-mail parameters for this site are not configured yet.

I've just setup my first eshop
however, i'm getting the error message

Info: Thank you for your order. We will contact you to deliver your purchase.
Could not send customer order notification. E-mail parameters for this site are not configured yet.


however, i have configured the SMTP settings in the system/server section of SB

Could someone please tell me where i'm going wrong

Find the host, where you're publishing and check its SMTP settings.

That seems like the right place, however, my server requires authentication for SMTP email, but i dont be able to configure these params

is this possible? if not what do you suggest?

Just check Host SMTP settings. SMTP auth settings are supported.
