Failed license retrieve and insert

i cant retrieve or change license key, need help

i bought new license to change old one, but i getting error in retrieve and insert license code

Check that you have mounted /sys/kernel/debug partition.
For fixing this issue just unmount it.

Try to restart psa service after unmounting.
