i got "Failed to load tree data." after click on Import Dump mariadb database.

Could you please enable Plesk debug mode and confirm what's the error logged during the import attempt?

Hi Sabahat, I solved.

The log says:
filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied
System error 13: Permission denied

So, I ran via SSH:
# chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/example.com
# chmod 755 /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs

(replace example.com with your website name or all the others)
