Failed to remove ASP.NET CommunityServer

When I attempt to remove asp.net application from ASP.NET Web Application Management it gives following error;

Error: Error occurs during script performing.
Interface: Error in the DLL
Tools

I am trying to remove Website Starter "CommunityServer"

Please urgently help me with this.

It can be occur when application is locked by IIS.
Please try to stop web site (or iis app pool), wait few minutes and try removal again.
