Hello,

Upon logging into my Panel this morning, i see the following error at the top:

Failed to update Panel. You can send the update log to Parallels support to try fixing the issue. View the update log.

If I click the link, I get this:

Been browsing the forums for a bit and have yet to find anything that will help.. I did come across a similar post that said running the following command should fix the issue:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch

But, upon runni g the command, the following happens:

***** problem report *****
ERROR while trying to check the hostname
Check the error reason(see log file: /tmp/plesk_10.4.4_installation.log), fix and try again
Synchronizing the Debian APT package index files...

If I open the log file, I see this:

If I check my server's hostname it is set correctly:

Can anyone please give me some assistance on this issue? Thanks :)
