Resolved Failed to update Plesk 12.0.18 #99 to 12.5.30

Hi,

I have picked up a client whom is having web server issues, I am primarily a web developer but don't have much experience with command line linux or plesk other than shared hosting setups and adding sites to iis etc.

There are multiple webistes n this machine and the update has failed.
12.0.18 Update #99

Is there a way to fix this via the plesk web interface or do I have to pay support to run some terminal commands or something?

The problem in that CentOS 5 has reached its end-of-life on March 31, 2017 and is no longer supported. Its mirrors are no longer maintained. More details can be found here
