Favicon Issue

If you look at the first link you can see i have a custom favicon (All perfect)
If you look at the second link, you can see that any images or media files i host have the Plesk favicon (not perfect)

My host

Are saying that this is unfixable from my end because i do not have access to
Default favicon for sites - /var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs/favicon.ico
For Plesk admin interface - /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/favicon.ico

How exactly am i supposed to fix this very very bad issue ?
I am one step from leaving my host at this point and finding a host that does not use plesk, because this is not very good at all

You can try create .htaccess file with mod_redirect rule:
For example:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^favicon\.ico$ /wp-content/uploads/ultimate-branding/includes/favicon/favicon.png [L]

Unfortunately that doesnt work either
