File Sharing Not working

Hi,

When I accessing "File Sharing" Feature, it returns the following error :

Internal error: Error in cURL request: Maximum (5) redirects followed
===================

Plesk 10.4.4
Windows 2008 Web editiion
IIS 7.5

Any Idea ?

Hey,

If your plesk admin password isn't a secure one, then try changing it to a more secure one. Sometimes password complexity of plesk admin user mayn't be compliant with the password security policy settings of windows 2008 server. Plesk file sharing feature depends on the WebDav component.

Also checking the following would help you during the troubleshooting process:

1) Plesk error log "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs\panel.log"
2) Permissions and access policies for file-sharing folder "C:\inetpub\vhosts\fs"

To fix this issue just reset your Panel 'admin' password in Panel GUI (My Profile -> Change Password).
