Fixing permissions

Hello,
I had a malware, I think that I clean it...

But I see on server that all my directories and files in /var are with 777.

Do plesk have some script for fixing permissions to all server?
Or do you have any advice how to fix that?
 
You can fix permissions for vhosts with

# plesk repair fs
