frontpage extension for windows 2008

I have windows 2008 32bit running that I have installed frontpage extension 2002. Because windows 2008 does not come with it's own FPE, plesk is unable to detect this component.

So, in plesk it still show frontpage components not installed and is grayed out. How do I let plesk know that I have installed FPE so that my clients can enable FPE from plesk panel themselves?
