FTP all or sudden not working in passive mode

FTP all of a sudden not working in passive mode

We have 2 plesk servers with centos 5.6 and user can no longer use passive mode to upload/download files.

We have the latest version of Plesk 10.2 with psa-proftpd version 1.3.3d-1.el5.art

Anybody know what is going on? Please HELP!

Use psa-proftpd package from Parallels - http://64.131.90.31/PSA_10.2.0/dist...oftpd-1.3.3c-cos5.build1011110330.18.i386.rpm

Is this different then what is already installed?
psa-proftpd version 1.3.3d-1.el5.art (package psa-proftpd-1.3.3d-1.el5.art.x86_64)
By the way our server is 64 bit

Problem has been resolved. 1&1 had changed their firewall. Thanks for your help!
